Corporate Classes

These sessions are charged per person depending on the material being covered.

Sessions in the past have included a virtual board member first time meeting social event while enjoying off-the-beaten path summer cocktails.

Cocktail Classes

Typically done online, these classes are a great virtual social gathering with your friends where you find a new favorite cocktail and how to make it.

Classes are 1 hour long and cover three cocktails tailored to your event. These sessions are charged per person.

Sessions in the past have included History of Tiki, All Things Chartreuse, and Wine Cocktails.

Online Wine Classes

Online Classes are pre-recorded to purchase so that you can learn at your own pace.

Private sessions done either in person or via video call to give personalized lesson plans in wine history, tasting, cellar management and more.

These sessions are charged per hour depending on the material being covered and group size.

Lessons in the past have been Wine Production 101, Survey of Italian Wines, History of Champagne, and How to Start a Cellar.

Cellar Managment

Starting a cellar can be difficult and managing one is harder. I will organize your cellar with a personalized system to set you up for success.
